By visiting or utilizing services provided at collegecnx.com, mycollegecnx.com, or the College Connects mobile app, or by receiving or downloading any College Connects service names, brand names, trademarks, and/or logos, you agree and are bound by the following terms and conditions, which supersede any conflicts within written agreements between you and College Connects.

College Connects offers and provides you with an account and services in accordance with the following terms.

Fees

• The College Connects Subscription is month to month, with no contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@collegecnx.com. You will receive a follow-up email with instructions to cancel your membership. Allow at least 7 business days prior your next billing date to avoid an additional subscription payment.
• Your monthly Subscription payments will be automatically pulled from the payment card on file, on the same day of each month that your registered. (Example: I you joined on January 15, 2024, your subscription fee will be billed on the 15^th of every month.) If the you pull date day does not fall during the following month, you will be billed on the day closest to your pull date day. (Example: If you joined on March 31, 2024, your pull date in April will be the 30^th.)
• You can request a refund within 24 hours of your registration. After 24 hours, refunds will not be offered or granted.

Your Account

• Your account does not grant you any title, voice, rights, or interest in or to the College Connects Brand Assets
• Your account is to be accessed and utilized by the registered Student User, approved parent(s)/guardian(s) of the registered Student User, and the Account owner.
• Your account can be temporarily frozen, locked, and removed from the database with no refund, at any time if College Connects staff has reason to believe your account is being mismanaged, until an investigation is performed and a resolution is agreed upon.
• Your account can be permanently discontinued and removed from the database with no refund, if an investigation sites your account access has been mismanage or abused.

College Connects LLC Protection

• You agree to utilize the College Connects service(s) in a way that best protects the College Connects name, brand, integrity, and needs
• You agree to use the College Connects service for personal use only, which only includes services necessary for the exposure the registered Student User, governed by the Account Owner, Parent(s)/Guardian(s), and
• You agree not to register or attempt to register and College Connects Brand Asset or service names, brand names, trademarks, logos or domain names, that are or may be confusing similar to any College Connects Brand Assets; including but not limited to sound, appearance, and spelling, to any College Connects Brand Assets
• You agree not to challenge or assist in challenging the ownership or registration of College Connects, College Connects Brand Assets, or service names, brand names, trademarks, logos or domain names.
• You agree to have no affiliation with the College Connects Brand Assets, other than the use of your College connects membership account. College connects will not be liable for lawsuits or damages arising out of you illegally representing or utilizing College Connect Brand Assets.
• You understand that the use of College Connects Brand Assets is not permitted. If you would like to utilized our Brand assets in anyway, you can email us at info@collegecnx.com with details. We will then follow the necessary procedures to see if we can come to an agreement. Upon agreement a Brand Usage Approval form will be completed, signed by both parties, and notarized. A failure to respond to a request does not constitute approval.
